Role Overview:

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will assist in preparing and conducting nuclear medicine imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to radiation protection norms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
  • Operate PET-CT, SPECT, and other nuclear medicine equipment
  • Ensure accurate imaging, processing, and data interpretation support
  • Follow radiation safety protocols and AERB guidelines
  • Coordinate with consultants and nuclear physicians for procedure planning
  • Monitor patient condition and comfort during and after procedures
  • Maintain records and ensure timely equipment quality control and calibrations
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Trained in nuclear imaging procedures and handling of radioactive materials
  • Experience in oncology setups preferred
  • AERB certified; knowledge of radiation safety and quality compliance is essential
  • Good patient interaction skills and team coordination
